Welcome to the healing arts site for Constellate Change offered by Artist/Transformational Coach Jadina Lilien. This work is also known as ANCESTRAL, SYSTEMIC and CREATIVE Constellations. The process removes obstacles regenerating movement with any aspect of your life. This could be with art, writing, creating a family, a business or just the need to live more fully. If the vitality in your life or work has diminished, these sessions will give you more understanding of what’s needed to bring the creative spark back. Like the stars in the sky you also have an original design, that you’re meant to express. We are creation creating, working towards a future together with all other beings who live with Earth.

These Inner Constellation sessions are a way to map out what you are presently constellating both consciously and unconsciously opening to more possibilities. This includes the energetic inheritance of your family connected to your ancestral lineage and other elements that influence the flow in our lives. These sessions will help you identify and locate the obstacles you are facing connecting the past and future in the present. Difficulties develop when we become unconsciously entangled in family and ancestral dynamics living out the unfulfilled dreams, illnesses, personalities of others.

Knowing that everyone and everything inside of you has a place, a voice, you will remember again the stories of imagination, creativity and courage that our ancestors were not able to experience. Then taking your next steps with sovereignty will come naturally.

The methods Jadina uses for facilitating includes her extensive training in Systemic Family Constellations. Her comprehensive work with the body-mind approach from the International Felt Sense process known as Focusing, Jungian Dreamwork, Ancestral Healing and the knowledge of the creative processes connecting to the intelligence of the natural world utilizing mystical principles.

Every creative act of change is the expression of creation connecting us to the creator. Our story and the earths story are one. Jadina has been facilitating Constellations and individual Transfomational Therapy sessions for over 13 years.
