Essentially needing to live differently, to update old ways, making ancient wisdom modern.
The Constellation process is also excellent for artists, writers, musicians or others who want to give attention to their creative process. It can include understanding, developing or resolving challenges with projects including the dynamics of decision-making. CONTIUING INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
Changes can happen instantaneously. And a new way needs support and time to make it a natural part of your life. Giving consistent attention to what you find needs consistent attention to constellate change.
Private coaching sessions include Family Constellations, Focusing Oriented Therapy, Ancestral Healing, Inner Child attention, Symbolic Journeys, Creative Imagination (connecting with what’s real), dialogue with different parts inside of you and strengthening your relationship to Source of creativity and the Earth.
This session can be when needed or ongoing weekly. In person sessions or through Zoom.
Without wanting anything to change just by being aware of what’s happening constellates a deep understanding that we are ok just the way we are. And this paradoxically changes everything.
